By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding your MPWR Mastermind membership:

1. Program Overview
   MPWR Mastermind is a monthly membership program providing group strategy sessions, peer feedback, and community support for established women coaches. Membership benefits are outlined in the invoice and/or welcome materials.

2. Start Date & Schedule
   Membership begins on the date of payment. Sessions are held once per month for 60–90 minutes. The session calendar is posted in the member area.

3. Hot Seat Sessions
   Each member is guaranteed at least one dedicated hot seat every four sessions. Hot seat spots are scheduled in advance and may be reassigned if a member cannot attend.

4. Attendance & Rescheduling
   If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you must notify the group at least two weeks before the next session. The group will make reasonable efforts to reschedule so all members can participate, but specific times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Recordings
   Sessions are recorded and posted in the member area for review by current members. Recordings are for member use only and may not be shared externally.

6. Minimum Commitment
   The minimum commitment period depends on the specific program or plan you select at checkout, unless otherwise mentioned, the default subscription is month-to-month. By enrolling in a plan with a minimum commitment, you agree to complete and pay for the full minimum commitment period associated with your plan. After the minimum period ends, membership may renew on a into a new term if applicable.

7. Renewals
   If you do not wish to continue beyond your current subscription, please notify MPWR Mastermind no later than 15 days before your next billing date.

8. Cancellations & Pausing Membership
   All payments are non-refundable. Membership pauses are not guaranteed. Requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis by notifying support before your next billing date. If approved, any unused portion of your plan will be credited toward a future program at MPWR Mastermind’s discretion.

9. Billing & Payment Obligations
   Membership fees are billed automatically according to the plan you selected. If a payment fails, you remain obligated to fulfill the remaining balance of your minimum commitment unless you are on a monthly subscription. Access to sessions and member resources may be suspended until payment is resolved.

10. Member Conduct
    Members are expected to participate respectfully and maintain confidentiality regarding discussions inside the mastermind.

11. Program Changes
    MPWR Mastermind reserves the right to adjust session times, benefits, or guest offerings. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance.

12. Results & Accountability
    MPWR Mastermind is a peer-based program. It is designed to provide a supportive environment, accountability, and shared learning, but outcomes are dependent on each member’s own participation and implementation. MPWR Mastermind does not guarantee any specific results, income, or business outcomes.

13. New Members & Group Size
    New members may be added to the mastermind at the discretion of MPWR Mastermind to maintain group quality and balance. Each group is intentionally capped at a maximum of 12 members to ensure every participant receives meaningful time and attention.
